The F9000 represents the top of the line in standard Inversion Tables from Teeter Hang Ups. With all the same high-quality safety features as its predecessors the F9000 includes perhaps the most important comfort and usability feature of all: an EZ-Reach release handle with micro-adjustment for convenient ankle locking at the push of a button. Its tapered bed frame provides a greater range of motion for your arms during inversion and rotational exercises. The F9000 has an EZ-Angle tether strap with three preset angles — 20 40 and 60 degrees. Auto-locking hinges and specialized pivot bearings allow you to safely reach full 90 degree inversion smoothly and quietly.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I have taken this camping and I have avoided using it due to laziness. But my latest discovery is this: when I use the table and go upside down, and SING, it is amazing how much better my back feels by the next day. I am not a singer, but belting out a song with lyrics in my hand, I think it is a diaphragmatic action, or something, that occurs. And it makes the (positive)results obvious.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I am not an "exerciser"; but just five minutes or less stretching my back on this inversion table gives me major relief from excruciating slipped disc pain in my lower back that no injection, pill or jacuzzi has ever done. I can not tell you how grateful I am that this product was developed. The relief is extraordinary and stretching is actually quite pleasurable.

At first, I was a bit intimidated by being upside down, but I gradually realized that I was quite safe, as the table is very sturdy. Being in this position; using gravity to put pressure in the 'opposite direction' is impossible without the table; one must actually try it to understand it correctly. But it WORKS!

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I feel like I have a new back. I usually experience back pain evry other month or so. Since I have the Teeter my back has not gone out once. It is very relaxing stretching out on it a couple time per day. My wife is using it also and it is easy to ajust from 5'11" to 5'3". When my wife started on the Teeter she was 5'2.5". After a few months she is now 5'3". My Chiropractor said the Teeter could put me out of business. We love it and keep it in our bedroom so it is always there to use. The only negative I have is very minor; the fabric on the back support is very noisey when you place your weight on it. It wakes up my wife in the morning when I use it.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

This is a very well made product & would likely work well for lighter people. I'm 6'3" and 290 lbs with a very bad left hip (osteoarthritis). I bought the inversion table to relieve lower back pain. Because of my weight, if I invert enough to help the lower back, it hurts my hip & my ankles/feet where they are clamped. If you're heavy, you might want to try one before buying it.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

This inversion table is everything all of the competitors try to imitate. Very sturdy. The easy-to-reach quick release lever was the icing on the cake. I have a weight problem but was not concerned at all with it's ability to hold me. Of course, I always check weight limits before I use anything that "holds" me. I keep it up in my living room for my family to use for their own benefits. My oldest daughter is in very good shape and she will use it differently than me.....it meets so many different fitness needs.

Nice device, but I'm not sure it works.

Cons:
Not Effective
Describe Yourself:
Conditioning Exerciser
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

This device is definitely a nice piece of equipment. I bought it because I have a slight case of Scoliosis. I also seem to have a disc bulge. Some people claim that this helps them get through those periods of really intense pain when you re-injure a bad disc. It does not seem to have that much of an affect on me.

This is slightly disappointing, especially when you consider the cost of this unit. when purchasing this, be realistic. It's probably not going to "fix" your problems. It may however give you some relief. That might justify the cost if you are in enough pain.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

While the product is well-made and does what it says it will do, I haven't found it to be a "must-have". It helps straighten scoliosis, and feels good after a long drive, etc. But it doesn't work wonders. About a dozen people, ages and general health all over the map, have tried it, and all more or less say the same thing.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I have many bad disks in my back and inversion makes it feel better. I spend at least 10 minutes every other day upside down. I wanted a product that could fit me (6'4", 265lbs) and could fully invert. I didn't expect a sub $500 product to be as solidly built, well designed and reasonably comfortable as this F9000 table is. It has a small bug with folding up but it is only a minor inconvinence and can still be folded easily.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I use this product for traction. I have long wanted a set of gravity boots or something and these tables seemed the best options. I went with the 'big daddy' version of the tables with all of the trimmings.

Overall it's comfortable accept the ankle grip isn't perfect but I don't see many 'tables' being as good as a full boot. In this case the speed trade off is worth it. Other than that it's a touch bulky when folded.

As for general use, it's great. I'm 6'4" and 260lbs and I love the table. Handles my weight perfectly of only I could handle being upside down as much as I wish (blood to the head = pain for me, balancing that with relief it offers is my trick).

Overall, I love my table...

Pros:

Cons:
Bulky, HEAVY TO MOVE AROUND
Best Uses:
General Fitness, Pain Relief
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I have herniated disks in my back, and bought the Teeter F9000 to reduce spinal compression, and alleviate pain. After one week of two short intervals each day wherein I invert beyond 60 degrees (but not complete inversion), I have some pain relief, so I am happy. The Teeter F9000 is made very well, is very sturdy and yet still portable. It is a little heavy for a woman with back problems to move around by herself, but I manage. The easy foot release is well worth the extra cost as compared to the F7000!! The only complaint I have is that the metal crossmember that goes across the under side of the back board hits my lower back, and there is no padding on the metal or back rest to make it more comfortable. While it is briefly uncomfortable, this would not deter me from purchasing the product again. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance and strength of the Teeter F9000.

Service & Delivery comments:

I was very pleased with the prompt delivery. Two plastic pieces,(the only plastic on the inversion table) were broken in transit. I telephoned The Inversion Table Superstore, and a very polite young man took my information, made a report and then directed me to Teeter Hangups. I spoke with a very pleasant young woman at Teeter who mailed the replacement parts to me within a few days. I was assured the table was still safe to use, and I did use it until the replacement parts arrived. The Inversion Table Superstore also followed up with a phone call to check on the progress of the complaint. There was absolutely no hassle from Teeter or the Inversion Table Superstore. I would not hesitate to shop with either company again.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

I purchased this machine because of several herniated disks in my spine. Specifically one at L4-5 (Lower back) and four in the C2-6 (Neck)area.

It was out of the box and set up in well under 30 minutes. Best to follow the step by step assembly manual for pure safety reasons.

I tried it out at the 20% then up to 40%, where I will stay for a while until I am comfortable with the excersizes.

The only CON for me is the pressure of the nylon bed against the back of the head. This is probably because I have two sets of fused disks in my neck which reduces my flexability in that area. Perhaps this can be corrected or modified with a loose flexible mesh screen, rather than the tight nylon, in the head area.

I did take the time to check with my chiropractor and doctor. Both of them had patients who used them with favorable results. IMO it is best to at least check with your doctor if you have high BP and other problems mentioned in the Teeter material, as well as,herniated or bulging disks.

The Hangups Iversion Table F9000 I purchased nearly a year ago has changed my life. I was going for Chiropratic treaments 20-30 times a year for a number of years. Since I started using the IT I have not gone back. I use it about three times a week for 10-15 minutes per stretch. Sometimes I will do it more than once a day if I feel the need. Good luck!

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table:

Five minutes in the morning really helps. After my lumbar surgery I could no longer get that "hitch" in my hips relaxed. The doctor told me my yoga leg crossovers were not as effective since most of two discs were gone. I also have 2 cervical discs pushing into my spinal cord (constant +6 to +9 pain level), but I won't take a chance with surgery. After work, I hang inverted for about 15 minutes with 5 lb hand weights and slowly twist my upper body. Its amazing how much relief there is! Sometimes on the weekend, I just lay at about an easy 145 degree incline (about 3/4th inverted) and read. My hips stay straight and I no longer beg for neck traction. Its the best money I ever spent - with the exception of my hydro-spa.
I am 185 lbs and 6'1" again, I lost 1/2" in height before I got the 7000. It adjusts easily and the extended ankle lock/release gizmo really makes it a breeze to get on, invert, get off - without any instability. I added a 2 inch square firm foam strip between the mat and the middle chrome back support brace for extra comfort when rocking. Thanks Teeter!
