This is an overall good product. It is sturdy, and is reasonably compact. The directions are easy to follow and includes all of the necessary tools to assemble. The finished product is very nice with hinge covers and tubing caps.

I am 6 foot and 205 pounds. It easily handles my weight, but even after experimenting with different height settings, I find it difficult to come back to a level position. I have used another model that was much easier. I think that they may be able to use a cam with or instead of the variable centering positions.

This item was exactly what I was looking for in order to stretch my back and neck. It certainly does that with just 10 minutes a couple of times a day. Being totally inverted takes a bit of getting used to, but you can work up to it slowly by using low angle positions at first. These lower angle positions still give a nice strectch.

I ordered this due to back issues. It was complicated to assemble but works well. I hop on it about 4-5 times daily to get lower back pain relief. It works well for these symptoms, but of course, doesn't do anything for the cause. It is bulky and I have it set up in the family room (otherwise I won't use it!) When company comes we'll have to figure out what to do with it.

The Inversion Table is great for my back and my wife's. We're very happy with it and we stretch everyday. If I knew it was that great I would have bought it before. It really makes us feel very good and it helps a lot to stretch all our back and principally the lower back where the problem is. I would recommend to everybody even to people without a back problem (which I doubt it).

I bought with idea of helping my lower back. I've had chronic pain for 15-20 years. Started a stretching/exercise program that includes inversion. After 3 weeks I stopped sciatic pain in hip/legs and my back seems to be getting stronger. Don't know why my doctor never mentioned inversion. It definitely works.

this is a great built machine, and for the money I can't see any reason to spend more. This table is very sturdy and if you read the direction BEFORE you use it, then you won't be dizzy and nausious from using it. It takes getting used to

I gave this to my 61 year old bother to help his back. He has a buldgeing disk at L4/L5. He said his 4 year old Grandson helped put it together!! It seems to be helping but he has only had it a few weeks. Every one in the house spends some time on it every day. This was a great gift.
