This Teeter Hang Ups DEX Decompression and Extension provides an inversion platform on which the users' body bends 90 degrees at the knees and 90 degrees at the waist. The 90/90 position is the optimum position for decompression of the spine, as well as maximizes muscle performance during back extensions. Improving upon the traditional Roman chair, this unique design actually reduces the load on the hamstrings and helps to prevent hyperextension by placing the knees in the relaxed 90 Degree position, rather than forcing less-effective, straight-legged exercises.

The traction handles offer a unique solution for increased decompression of the lower back. The adjustable leg supports provide maximum comfort and security.
