Seated inversion provides all of the benefits of inversion therapy, with less stress on your hip and leg joints than with flat Inversion Tables. Stamina's Seated Inversion Core Training System features a curved padded backboard, which elongates the back and increases spinal extension. This curved backboard design provides greater therapeutic benefits at less of an inversion angle. Foam padding at the ankles and behind the legs increases comfort during use. Manually operated by hand brake, the Seated Core System locks in one of four inverted positions: 15, 30, 45, and 60 degrees.

Restraint System The Seated Core System comfortably secures you at the ankles and waist during inversion. A contoured padding locking bar at the ankles is operated by a spring-loaded pin-lock; a seat belt with Velcro closure secures you around the waist.

Backboard The Seated Core System features an upholstered foam-padded backboard. The backboard's curved design increases back extension during inversion, so you benefit from greater spinal relief at less of an inversion angle.

Arm Assists The Seated Core System's foam-padded arm assists are easy to reach from any inversion angle.

Inversion Angle Range The Seated Core System locks in one of four inversion angle positions: 15, 30, 45, and 60 degree angles. Because the curved backboard elongates your spine, all of the benefits of inversion therapy can be gained without the need of greater inversion angles.

Angle Adjustability The inversion angle is set by a locking hand brake, located just beneath the pivot arm of the table's frame. To invert, simply pull the hand brake and use your other hand to push back against the backboard to tilt the chair back. Release the brake to lock the table in one of its four preset positions.

Storage The Seated Core System does not fold; the system requires 60 in (long) x 40 in (wide) x 86.25 in (high) for operation.
